WordPress App for iPhone

The WordPress app for the iPhone has now been released. It allows one to simply update their wordpress blog as I am doing now. This is the app I have been waiting for. It is so easy to use and allows me to update my blog more so expect the blog to be updated more often.

iPhone 2.0 Firmware

I downloaded the iPhone 2.0 firmware when it first came out and it ended up bricking my iPhone for a while because the iTunes server was overloaded. After many hours, it was finally able to unbrick and I was able to use the app store and I love it. The iPhone has so much potential. I am thinking about getting an iPhone 3G but I do not like the plastic backs compared the first iPhone’s brushed aluminum back.

I finally went out and bought a brand new 16 GB iPhone from an AT&T store. I am so happy! So far I am really loving my iPhone as it makes it easier to do computer things without being on the computer. Overall, it has been a great experience!

AT&T Nightmare

A lot of people have been complaining about their order from the 5/21 refurb iPhone batch. I am one of them. It was supposed to be shipped out quickly with 2 day shipping. It has been a week and most people’s order has not even been shipped. On top of that all of the reps give people different stories. I will not be surprised if most people cancel their order, but there’s one catch. AT&T will not let us cancel our order! So in order to cancel everyone has had to successfully reverse the charge on their credit card. That does not look like it will be good on AT&T’s record with so many charge reversals towards them. As for me, I am going to reverse the charge on the credit card and purchase a new one from a brick and mortar Apple Store near me instead of having to deal with AT&T’s web order process. To me, it is worth every penny of the extra money that will be spent on getting a new one instead of a refurb like I was going to because of never knowing when the order might be shipped. What is worse is the fact that even the reps do not know when it will be shipped. Well the pretend to know, but they do not. Well this is the end of my rant.

iPhone Gift!

I just recently purchased a 16 GB iPhone off of AT&T’s website (which was a bday gift). The shipping has been delayed due to the holidays so I am not expecting it to be here until the end of this week, but I am looking forward to it. Still angry that it has not shipped yet, but oh well, we cannot always get what we want. I will try and post pics when I get it. I am also very happy that I can talk unlimited to my friends with AT&T with free mobile to mobile minutes so it will be nice. I am also thinking about getting an iSkin protective case that my uncle has. I really like it, and it seems to do the job just nicely. Now I know the new iPhone is on its way out here soon, but I do not care. I want an iPhone now. I do not want to wait. When the new one comes out, I can just sell this one on ebay or amazon or something and pay the difference for the new one.

Summer Break Is Here!

Summer break has started for me! I am excited. I plan to go on vacation to the beach in a little over a week and play xbox more with my friends. It will be fun! I hope this summer is as fun as last summer. Also, family is visiting that hardly ever visit so that is exciting as well.
